Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Veloptima isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
