History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Torgga learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Torgga took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Umpen's homeland. Umpen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he loathes his own lifestyle
