History: Erky lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mantus fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
