Personality: Quarion speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
