History: Kelter was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Ella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents enrolled her in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.
