Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ruloth will drive conversation. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Ruloth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
