Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His crest is scarlet and curly. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a Blacksmith soon after.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sai with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. With bright golden hair. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paela embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she would like to get married and retire

Description: This tall, slender man wears dull blue sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case. He wears his chestnut hair up. He has hazel eyes and a blue hat with a white feather.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has dyed his greying green crest a little too much giving a sharp green color. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
