History: She comes from a rich western family. After coming to the age of reason, Nija took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Chaedi has worked very hard to control her curse. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Azza was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Azza never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
