History: Kûga was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Kûga was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. After a long history of fighting, Kûga and his spouse have recently divorced.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
