Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Raymond was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Raymond's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
