History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Detective. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
