History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Zepar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and to protect his home
