She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.
