History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Heian began to lead the lost caravan. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
