History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job.
