History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Cumpen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom
