History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balifra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
