Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Torgga lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and wants to raise her children well
