History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Emerald is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Marshal father left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
