History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

After coming to the age of reason, Smoking took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
