Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Gorbundus was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gorbundus never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
