Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His crest is rusty and curly. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his top green hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Kaladan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Kaladan was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Kaladan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to protect her home

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. With wild white hair. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Barber. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor
