History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
