History: She was born in the east. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cimer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
