History: Kelter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
