Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Alvyn has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Vaina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vaina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
