History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her mother's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His white fur is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shepherd born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Silent lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently the stress of being a Shepherd has made it difficult for him to sleep.
