History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gildmak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Gildmak was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult
