History: Ridaro was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dain will drive conversation. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Dain was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Dain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
