History: Barakas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Barakas began to lead the lost caravan. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Driindar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
