Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Art liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shaena embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.
