History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Phelaia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
