History: Manea was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Nogu speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
