History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
