Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Hobart is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Hobart lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
