History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 5'2". She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs, and her gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
