History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Helja alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Riardon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Ruler. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Pennie was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pennie decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
