History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother

Description: A 4'10" western woman, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for her, and Helen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Helen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When Helen reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She got into the Dilettante business at a young age. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
