Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Art was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right.
