History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Dalgal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Halander was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Soapmaker profession.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
