History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zephan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
