Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he usually wears his black robe and has his ceremonial dagger always slung over his shoulder. He has black crest. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Zedaar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a grey shirt with thin white vertical stripes and tan pants. His black hair is cut short. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Vondal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is short and auburn. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man is typically in his Bounty Hunter uniform. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is a Bounty Hunter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Pûg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
