Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Foxilon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nemeia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Nemeia was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
