History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Jeweler. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Glassblower business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vani grew up listening to her father's many stories. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
