He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Avelina hails from a village terrorized by drow. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
