Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Oblar and his spouse have recently divorced.
