History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Paggen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paggen decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He became a Marshal soon after.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Waywocket grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Windy grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
