History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
