His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.
