History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lucan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.
